To strengthen our team in Sindelfingen, we are currently looking for an Administration / Management Assistance (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities
- Order processing incl. dispatch processing
- Processing of order transactions
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Invoice verification
- Telephone switchboard
- Master data maintenance
Your qualifications
- Commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally experience with an ERP system (e.g. SAP, IFS)
- Experienced in using the MS Office package
- Independent and accurate way of working
- Ability to work in a team and operational commitment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Social competence and discretion
